There is something great about the gym, but, doing a little cross training has been great. One of my favorite ways to cross train is to hop in the pool. Yes, laps are necessary for cardio, but, doing pushups or leg lifts on the side of the pool are other ways to get that workout in. Not to mention, you're getting a tan at the same time.
