-1 cup of frozen strawberries
-1 cup of coconut milk (unsweetened)
-1 tablespoon of ORGANIC peanut butter
-1/2 cup of blackberry yogurt
Avocado Toast + Side of fruit
-2 slices of Ezekiel bread
-1/2 avocado
