First stop on our road trip journey: Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland, OH.
Being a Berklee graduate, this type event greatly peaked my interest. The museum gives a look at iconic musicians through the ages, from the costumes artists performed in to videos of interviews. Icons like The Supremes, The Beatles, Simon & Garfunkel, Elvis, Michael Jackson, and musicians of today's day such as Taylor Swift, Beyonce, Justin Timberlake, Madonna, Green Day, and Fall out Boy.
Recently opened for viewing was the "Herb Ritts - The Rock Portraits" Exhibit and "The Paul Simon - Words & Music" Exhibit. I must say that the most exciting part of the tour was the special exhibits that were displayed - it allows for a grander look into the life of these artists and their honed craft.
And finally, in a special little spot in the museum we found a piece of our heart, a song called, "Runaway."
